Learner profile
With an average of over 60 learners per organisation:
- 75% are officers
- 25% are managers
- 40% have general housing management responsibility (eg neighbourhood officers)
- 50% are specialists (with responsibility for rent, ASB, or tenancies)
- 10% are customer service staff
Value for money
Our unlimited, ‘licence-free’ membership model means that any number of staff from a subscribing organisation can access the courses at no additional cost – for some of our members the annual price works out less than £20 per head.
A membership package offering 3 years for the price of 2 provides additional value and enables organisations to embed the resource as part of their long-term learning and development plan.
