Terms of Use

In order to access the online training web site you must register with us. On completing the registration request and being allowed access to the web site ("the site") you enter into Lemos&Crane's online training online user agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. Please note that either party can terminate the agreement at any time.

Individual registration and access
Each registration is for a single user only. To access the site you will be asked to enter your individual user name and password. Registration for the site will automatically register you for the Lemos&Crane home site - you can remove your details from this site at any time by emailing us.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the site, including graphic images is owned by Lemos&Crane.
Limited permission to copy
You may print or download extracts from pages on the site for your own use. Any copies saved to disk or other medium may not be resold or distributed for sale. This does not include incorporating the material or any part of it into any other work or publication. No part of the site may be distributed or copied for commercial purposes. No part of the site may be reproduced on, transmitted to or stored in any other web site or other form of electronic retrieval system, nor included or accessed in such a manner as to make them appear part of any third party's web site or electronic database or retrieval system.
Changes to this agreement
Lemos&Crane reserves the right to add to or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check the terms on accessing this site.
Limited permission to use members' messaging facility
Email communications should not contain any defamatory, obscene, hate or similar content. The email facility should not to be used for commercial or similar purposes nor should it be used to make announcements, which should be made on the discussion forum. Members use of the messaging facility is at the discretion of the site manager.
Material submitted by users and third parties
Certain parts of the site contain material submitted by users and third parties. Lemos&Crane accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any material contributed by users or third parties. The opinions expressed on this site are those of the individual authors and contributors and not necessarily those of Lemos&Crane.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, it is hereby agreed that Lemos&Crane shall have no liability to you for any loss of revenue, or any other direct or indirect damage, loss of profits, or any other claims whatsoever resulting from your access to the site, including but not limited to claims for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause. To the extent that liability is not excluded by this agreement, the aggregate maximum liability shall in any event be limited to the amount paid by you by way of subscription or other charges for the year in which any claim or claims are made.
