Date: Thursday 8th October 2009

Key themes

"Your organisation certainly knows how to run a quality show!"
– Rent Operations Manager, Nottingham City Homes

Inmarsat Conference Centre

Context

Offering choice and opportunity in social housing is more important than ever - particularly in responding to the recession where the loss of a job is forcing many thousands of people to think again about their housing situation and aspirations, and to look for support to help them back into work , manage their money better and help improve their life circumstances.

Tenant choice and customer service are likely to feature strongly in the regulatory regime of the new Tenant Services Authority. This timely and practical conference will bring together the best of existing policy and practice in housing strategy and service delivery and set out new directions for holistic and person-centred products and services for current and future tenants.
