Context

Payment by Results is central to the government’s plans for changing the way in which public services are commissioned and delivered - including supported housing services. The Department for Communities and Local Government is currently piloting with local authorities a range of new approaches for contracting with providers, with national roll-out planned to follow.

• How should providers of housing and related support prepare for payment by results?
