Fee

Your one-day fee includes access to the conference, refreshments throughout the day, lunch, documentation at the conference and after attendance online documentation. Fees do not include travel or accommodation costs.

Confirmation of booking & Joining instructions

Written confirmation and a link to joining instructions will be sent by email when the booking form has been received. Please phone Lemos&Crane on 020 8348 8263 if you have not received the acknowledgement of your booking within 7 days of sending it by fax, post or email.

Additional requirements

If you have any particular dietary requirements please let us know on the booking form.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance is available on request, following attendance at the conference, as record of a participant's training and development.

Non-attendance

If a delegate does not attend, the invoice remains liable for payment.

Cancellation

A refund of fees will be made only for cancellations received in writing at least 21 days before the event (less a £25 cancellation fee to cover administration costs). No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 21 days of the event. A substitute delegate will be accepted at any time before the conference.

Data protection

The information that is provided on a participant's booking form will be held on a database to process the booking and so that Lemos&Crane can keep the participant up to date with relevant information produced by Lemos&Crane. No details will be passed on to any other external companies.
