Online diary entries

Once a tenant or resident has submitted a report, they update it through an online diary sheet.

Staff members can read the diary entries as soon as they are submitted.

Once a case is closed the tenant can also be asked to complete an online satisfaction survey.

Powerful staff interface

The staff interface is designed for simple integration with your existing case management system.

Staff can organise, search and analyse reports as they come in, as well as plot them on a hotspot map.
