Lemos&Crane have been making websites for public service practitioners since 2001. We currently have a range of sites that offer distinctive user benefits and experiences: eLearning; Reference and Networking; and Share and Compare.
Lemos&Crane’s eLearning provide courses on all the core areas of Housing Management (including managing tenancies and repairs, housing benefit and rent arrears, anti-social behaviour); Mental Health; Equality and Fairness; and Supported Housing. The courses are used by Housing Associations, ALMOs, and Local Authorities across the country.
Lemos&Crane’s Reference and Networking sites – ActionNets – provide information, guidance and member zone opportunities for public sector practitioners working on anti-social behaviour, racial harassment and hate incidents; supporting social housing tenants’ money management skills and reducing rent arrears; strengthening positive identity and belonging in prisoners and ex-offenders; motivation and methods for improving reading, writing and speaking.
Lemos&Crane’s Share and Compare site Bloom provides best practice examples and planning for person-centred services for older people.
