Lemos&Crane have been making websites for public service practitioners since 2001. We currently have 18 sites that offer distinctive user benefits and experiences: eLearning; Share and Compare; Reference and Networking; and Aspiration Planning.
Lemos&Crane’s eLearning sites provide courses on Housing Management; Equality and Fairness; Supported Housing; Mental Health; and Managing Care Homes for Older People.
Lemos&Crane’s Reference and Networking sites provide information, guidance and member zone opportunities for public service practitioners working on anti-social behaviour and racial harassment; tackling community conflict and building cohesion; supporting black and minority ethnic vulnerable people; developing vulnerable people’s identity, relationships and independence; strengthening positive identity and belonging in prisoners and ex-offenders; motivation and methods for improving reading, writing and speaking.
Lemos&Crane’s Share and Compare sites provide best practice examples and planning for person-centred services for older people; managing supported housing services to improve person-centred outcomes; and relationships, satisfaction and the good life in mental health services.
Lemos&Crane’s Aspiration Planning site, BlueSalmon, provides structured ways for vulnerable people to work towards making their a reality of their hopes and dreams.
