In order to access the RaceActionNet web site you must register with us. On completing the registration request and being allowed access to the web site ("the site") you enter into Lemos&Crane's RaceActionNet online user agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. Each registration is for a single user only. To access the site you will be asked to enter your individual user name and password. Registration for the site will automatically register you for the Lemos&Crane home site - you can remove your details from this site at any time by emailing us.
Unless otherwise stated copyright or similar rights in all material presented on the site, including graphic images is owned by Lemos&Crane.
- Limited permission to copy
You may print or download extracts from pages on the site for your own use. Any copies saved to disk or other medium may not be resold or distributed for sale. - Limited permission to use members' messaging facility
Email communications should not contain any defamatory, obscene, hate or similar content. The email facility should not to be used for commercial or similar purposes nor should it be used to make announcements, which should be made on the discussion forum. Members use of the messaging facility is at the discretion of the site manager.
- Material submitted by users and third parties
Certain parts of the site contain material submitted by users and third parties. Lemos&Crane accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any material contributed by users or third parties. The opinions expressed on this site are those of the individual authors and contributors and not necessarily those of Lemos&Crane.
