Memories and Hopes:

Rethinking resilience in supporting homeless people

Homelessness and supported housing agencies do a great job but the current model of homelessness services is not working perfectly. Rough sleeping is still too high and too many people fail to sustain their tenancies after moving on, returning to the street or temporary housing.

Family and friends, and community involvement are important elements in leading a fulfilled, independent life, Many towns across the country have a rich mix of public activities, clubs and societies run by volunteers and local residents, which ex-homeless people could be a part of.

Lemos&Crane have been working together with the Tudor Trust to realise this ambition.
